Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping availability to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or special delivery locations may depend on carrier availability and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Method and Delivery Estimate
We currently offer free standard shipping for eligible U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery timeline:
· Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
· Shipping transit time: 1 to 3 business days.
· Total estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation to delivery.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.
There are no hidden shipping fees added after checkout.
Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the delivery location, package size, item type, and service availability, we may ship orders through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted shipping providers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact us at support@decorationeo.com with your order number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Decorationeo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or incorrect customer-provided information, we will review the situation and contact you with available options. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested due to customer-provided address error.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting support@decorationeo.com.
Because we work to process orders quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after the order has entered processing or shipment.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address verification, high order volume, or events outside our reasonable control.
We will assist where reasonably possible if a shipment is delayed.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Wrong Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, contact us so we can review the shipment status with the carrier.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailroom staff, and the carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for confirmed delivered packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Prices, Taxes, and Currency
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
