Welcome to Decorationeo. Below are answers to common questions about ordering, shipping, returns, payments, products, and contacting us.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, choose the home decor product you like, review the product details, add it to your cart, and complete checkout online.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After you place an order, we send an order confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us quickly at support@decorationeo.com.

Because we process orders quickly, cancellation or changes may not be possible once an order enters processing or shipping.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalization?

Not at this time. We currently do not offer gift wrapping, custom messages, or personalization services unless clearly stated on a product page.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually take 1 to 2 business days to process and 1 to 3 business days for transit after shipment.

Total estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Do business days include weekends?

No. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email tracking information when available. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently offer free standard shipping only unless another shipping option is clearly displayed at checkout.

What if my package is damaged, lost, or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days from delivery for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, in original condition, and approved before being sent back.

Who pays for return shipping?

For approved eligible returns within the United States, Decorationeo provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved eligible returns. Restocking fee: $0.00.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your approved return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days after refund approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You can return an eligible item and place a new order for the item, color, finish, or style you want.

Products

Are product colors exactly the same as shown in photos?

We make reasonable efforts to show colors and finishes accurately, but colors may look slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

Are product dimensions exact?

Product dimensions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor measurement differences may occur. Please review each product page before ordering.

Are styling props included?

Styling props shown in product photos are not included unless the product page clearly states that they are included.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other Shopify-supported payment options.

What currency do you use?

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless a different currency is clearly shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure Shopify-supported payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Are taxes included?

Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
